How It Began

"I didn't come to healing work because I had it all figured out. I came because I was tired of carrying weight I couldn't name."

Like so many people, Jules spent years managing. Managing emotions, relationships, the quiet sense that something beneath the surface needed attention. When she was first introduced to quantum healing work, she experienced something she hadn't encountered in any other modality — a direct conversation with the part of herself that actually held the answers.

"The subconscious doesn't lie, and it doesn't waste time. When you give it space to speak, it moves directly to what needs to be seen and healed."

That experience changed everything. Jules trained in QHHT and began offering sessions from her home in Ohoka, just outside Christchurch. What she found was that her own journey — the wounded parts, the searching, the eventual clarity — made her extraordinarily good at holding space for others in theirs.

We begin with a gentle conversation. You share what you're holding — what you hope to release or understand. Together, we set a clear, heartfelt intention for the session.

Guided Relaxation

Jules guides you into a deeply relaxed state using soothing, verbal guidance. This is a natural process — similar to the feeling of drifting just before sleep. You remain aware throughout.

Regression & Exploration

From this relaxed state, your subconscious becomes accessible. You may visit key emotional moments, past experiences or scenes that hold the root of a pattern you're ready to release.

Identifying the Origin

Together, we gently identify where a wound or pattern began — the moment it took root. This understanding alone can be profoundly liberating.

Once the origin is seen, healing can occur. Jules guides you through releasing what has been held — energetically, emotionally and physically — creating genuine space for change.

A little preparation helps you get the most from your session. The more open and intentional you arrive, the more space there is for something meaningful to happen.

  • Set a clear intention for what you'd like from the session
  • Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before
  • Arrive well-rested and nourished

Minimal preparation is needed. Simply come with an open heart and a sense of what you'd like to shift.
